The team at Sight Matters are the visible, hands on front facing staff who deliver our services directly but behind the scenes, we have a Board of Trustees who provide the strategic direction for what we do. They are collectively responsible for the general control, management and administration of the Society.
Our trustees are all volunteers and their role is to ensure we remain financially sustainable, legally compliant but most importantly are always focused on the needs of the islands blind and visually impaired community.
Our board is made up of individuals who believe that vision loss should never limit a person’s potential. They provide the “critical friendship” and professional scrutiny required to keep the Society modern, agile and impactful.
